PRINTING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We send digital proofs before printing. Please check the proof carefully. Review and confirm that your order and proof is correct (artwork, spelling, quantity, stock, size, etc).
We do not allow cancellation once the proof has been approved. Our process is automated. Once the payment is received and the mockups are approved we commence printing. We immediately begin working on your project from setting up the artwork to preparing your blanks for printing.
IMPORTANT: We will not begin production on any job until payment is received in full and we receive your approval.
PLEASE READ BEFORE APPROVING ARTWORK PROOF.
All garments are individually printed by hand and the client accepts that there can be small imperfections and variations between garment to garment finishes. The silk screen printing process is used to apply inks to the garments. The customer acknowledges and accepts that inks may rub, chip or scratch overtime. No refunds or reprints can be offered if this occurs during the lifespan of the product.
We match colours as closely as possible. Inks may appear different when printed onto the garment. There are acceptable levels of colour variations finishing variations and printing alignment variations and tolerance. Please note we do not accept responsibility for colours not 100% matching, we allow a very small colour variance due to ink colour looking different on fabric than on a computer screen.
3. MOCK UP
Proofs issued are an indication of the final printed product . Please keep in mind that mock-ups are an approximation and not 100% to scale. Once the mock up has been approved, there cannot be any changes made without additional fee.
4. ARTWORK FORMAT.
Illustrator or photoshop files are preferred (save as .ai .pdf).
High resolution .jpg or PNG may be appropriate.
If the artwork is poor quality and we are unable to retrace, a graphic design fee will apply.
We require high quality files for your artwork, we will not be responsible for print quality if we receive poor quality files. All artwork must be approved by us before printing can proceed. We prefer high quality files as they will create the highest quality stencils for your prints.
5. PRINT SIZE
Please note that the mockup of your print is not to scale. We provide the actual measurements so that you can visualise it. We suggest to draw up the sizes or print your design to scale and take a look how it physically appears.
6. CARE INSTRUCTIONS.
In order to ensure image longevity and vibrancy, we recommend machine wash cold, and hang to dry. Plastisol prints should be washed inside out and washed with like items.
7. PRINT PLACEMENT.
We will do everything we can to ensure images are printed in a consistent location on all garments within a run. However, small variations should be expected. For example, if a request is made for an image to be printed below the bottom of a collar, a standard deviation in either direction will be considered acceptable.
8. CHECKING YOUR ORDER.
Please check your order and notify us of any problems within 48 hours of delivery. We will not be responsible for order errors after 48 hours.
Custom label service: Our factory is able to manufacturer custom tags upon request.
Alterations: We are able to sew the custom tags on your selected garments.
